What is this guestbook?This guestbook is now retired, as guestbooks are no longer the vogue, and apparently the script wasn't ... as secure as I thought.It's actually been retired for a while now, but only by means of my having got rid of the CGI scripts, so attempts to sign would simply fail. Now, I have taken down the signing form page, and I leave the contents up here purely for fun and historical interest. My home-grown guestbook program (written by yours truly in perl way back in 1996) was as in response to a hosted guestbook service I had been using deciding that as part of an upgrade they would wipe their database, so everyone lost their guestbook entries. Boo! Hiss! So I decided to be independent. The contents! |
